I use to go to dr Todd several years ago and I liked him,he always listen to you and answer all your questions.even though I haven't been to him lately everyone say he is still the same as when I was going to him.i have been going to a dr.morris in rusk but my daughter doesn't like him very much because it takes to long to get in you have to sit for long periods and once you get to the xzam room you have to wait a long time.

This Family Medical group is our Family Doctor. If I didn't like them, I would find a new one!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They are always running really behind and over booked. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. i have seen Dr. Todd for ten years and they still cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I do agree with the loyalty part, they should be more accomodating to his long term patients.
