State Farm Insurance Company ***** *** ******* *** * *********** ** ***** On 11/4/21 I was hit by another person who was under insured & who was at fault. Since they didn’t have enough coverage to pay the claims our insurance said they would be picking up the claim. I was very concerned that our insurance rates would go up in cost or that State Farm would not renew our policies when it was time to. Terrible company. My vehicle was totaled by one of their policy holders. He intentionally crashed, trying to hit me while I was out of my vehicle but I managed to get out of the way and he ended up totaling my truck. It's almost been 2 weeks and there is no communication from this company at all. Non ethical company for sure. Surprised how places like this are able to operate. Nothing but hour long hold times and then you get disconnected. So frustrating.

i had State Farm for 15 years who drivers me and my wife no claims for 15 years it hail on my truck they gave me a really low ball claim lack $3,000 for $4,500 worth of damage and since they told me to take my car to the shop and they would pay the different if there was any different the guy that shop refused to do extra work on my car because it said the State Farm will not pay and this was a shop that they told me to go to my name is MC I will never use them again and nobody in my family will ever use them bad bad company... read more

I’ve had State Farm Insurance for several years. I was with them for awhile then changed briefly due to rate increases. They recruited me back with better rates. I really have always been pleased by the nice lady in B****** *****’ office so I came back to them. I pay $330 a month. I have never filed a claim until I had a bad run of luck. I had to have my windshield replaced when debris hit my windshield, that’s when it started in March 2020. I purchase the extra roadside service just in case anything happens. State Farm is a disgusting company and I will never, ever be a policyholder. The unethical way in which I was treated after being rear-ended by one of your customers is a frustrating and humiliating experience so far without equal in my life. I carefully documented the accident which was a clear and straightforward rear-end collision caused by your insured. Worst auto insurance company I have ever dealt with. Expensive premiums but as cheap as they can be when it comes to claim payments. Getting ready to move to a different auto insurance company

3 weeks ago i got hit by another vehicle and yes not my fault. My car has been in the shop now for 3 weeks and the adjuster still has not got there to estimate the damage, i spoke to numerous agents n everyone has a different answer n just tell you what you want to hear....one agent told me do a virtual estimate and itll be faster...i did that n the estimate came back way below what the shop estimated and we sent in the supplement estimate and was told 24 to 48 hours it will be done...ok a week later still no.answers n i was... read more

Have 4 cars insured for 3 years we included roadside assistance on all vehicles and we paid just under $600 a month. We used our roadside assistance a total of 10 times, with 4 vehicles and drivers mind you, for things like flat tires, keys locked in the vehicle, dead batteries and one tow. They cancelled our policy because they said we used it to much. Waste of $21,000. Nowhere in the policy does it say when you purchase roadside assistance you can only use it 3 times a year even if you have 4 vehicles and drivers..

My car is a manual and I was making a delivery ...left my car door open and the car rolled and the door caught on a utility pole break off. My car was towed to M****..they don't do body work....was told my car would get towed to the shop. 5 days later my car is still at M****! So the body shop manager got it towed for me. Then find out his mechanics have health issues and so my car sits...been 2 weeks and I only have til Dec 9th when I have to take my rental back....which I went to get on a Saturday which is what I was told ... read more
