From the first time I met with Todd until the Closing Day, Todd was nothing but highly professional, extremely personable and always willing to 'go the extra mile' wherever necessary. With his help and guidance we were able to traverse through a potentially 'difficult' sale thoroughly, expeditiously and successfully from the time the property was listed to the final day of closing - a little under four weeks! I would have no hesitation in either using Todd again or recommending his services to others.
