I had the most horrific experience with their billing department. They tried sending two of my bills to collections and I had to do the leg work to just connect them to my insurance and it was so easy to reach out to them. I was so angry that they let it go without connecting me or even calling my insurance!!
I appreciate Dr. Hamilton. He fixed my substantial hearing loss which also reduced the tinnitus I was experiencing. He was inquisitive about my experience and informative in making the diagnosis.
Dr. Hamilton is awesome. He is kind, listens to me as a patient, and I can tell that he is very caring. He is also an excellent surgeon, having gone through a surgical procedure with him. He is the total package for ear nose and throat. Thank you, Dr. Hamilton.
I'm 1 and 1/2 years post-op and am severely disappointed with Dr. Hamilton's surgery outcomes, bedside manner, and overall respect. After having struggled with fullness in my ear for a while, Dr. Hamilton briefly looked into my ears and up my nose and suggested that my deviated septum might be causing it and that a septoplasty could help.
