Three months after moving into our $420,000 new construction home, our driveway and sidewalk began crumbling and exposing heavy aggregate. We documented everything. Our new home was sold to us with a defective driveway. We contacted builder with pictures 3 months after we moved in and were accused of putting salt on it and told that "driveways aren't covered under warranty." *Update: We had our driveway diagnosed by a concrete contractor who confirmed that the deteriorating driveway is a result of improper mix. We have been tenants with Todd Gore going on our 5th year this year. Honestly best landlords we've ever had. Anytime we've had an issue or emergency they have responded quickly and handled it. They keep the rent at reasonable price and the ladies in the office especially Denise are just wonderful. I definitely recommend renting from them.
Great company to work with. I love their finishes. Jackie is wonderful . She is very professional and explains everything with great detail .
