My family and I have been going to Dr. Todd for 18 years. We had PPO insurance and he was always nice and treated us. I lost my insurance and needed an ER visit with him for a painful tooth. The bill was $400 and he sent it to collections. When I called to make a follow up appt, he told me that because I didn't have insurance, he can no longer see me. Unbelievable that after 18 years he would do this. I do not recommend going to a money sucking dentist who is so selfish. It is truly disheartening to know he has no morals.
He is excellent! knows all the tricks to make you comfortable to keep you out of the pain zone
Dr. Todd is a wonderful, kind, cosmetic dentist. I had an accident that left two of my front teeth broken and he placed veneers that honestly look better than my own teeth! With that said, I would only have him do any further restorative work. They match exact under any light and I have never had any problems. Furthermore, when I am in the office, they rarely make me wait, treat me kindly and care about my comfort level. We went to Gary Todd when we moved into this Area.... he was polite... however my simple procedure of filling cavities was more painful than what I had experienced from other dentists... However, I discounted that notion as personal since my husband's was more gentle and painfree.. I just moved away from Chicago and miss Dr. Todd a lot. He always asked about my work and my family. The technicians are very nice. He is the best dentist I have ever had and probably will ever have. If you are looking for an amazing dentist, I just can't speak highly enough of him.
Dr. T has been my family dentist since the day I was born and we have always been happy with the work he does. He is very family oriented, and provides a stress free enviorment for everyone. His staff is also very friendly and courteous.
