I visited with Dr. Fountain today. We discussed my options and decided I because I am not ready for surgery. Not that I won’t need it in the future but I may need a colleague of his to fix my problems.
Rude!
Dr. Wright has a terrible bedside manner. He stopped listening to me and, I am convinced, did not believe me.
He has rude bedside manner. He did not listen to patient and prescribed medicine which was not needed because it was not relevant to patient's medical needs. I ended up in tears, literally crying on my out of that office after my initial visit. I would not recommend him by any means. I think he is knowledgable and experienced but he didn't really listen to what I had to say about my own medical history that I've been experiencing for a decade. I did not feel respected as a patient nor that he cared about my well-being either... read more
Zero stars. It is NOT OK to treat sick people this way!!! I came to Dr. Wright after months of unexplained nerve damage, causing pain, muscle twitching, and difficulty walking. This was all detailed in my referring neurologist's records (he apparently did not read them). I told him so and he just kept talking. His logic was that be... read more
My worst experience with a doctor in all my life was with Dr. Chen. I went complaining of my hands falling to sleep, pain in my back and shoulders and neck. He had me do some type of calisthenics with my fingers (i.e. touching my nose and such)...then told me I needed to lose weight. As if I don't see myself in the mirror each day. I then asked if he could run some tests to check for degenerative discs...he refused. He didn't advise me on my pain issue at all, but later sent me a bill for over $200++. Please do not visit thi... read more
Dr. Fountain and his entire staff made my whole experience positive. I was scared and uncertain about my double cervical fusion, and he and Anitra (as well as the whole team) were a tremendous source of patience, support, wisdom, and kindness. Their level of patience and professionalism is unparalleled. I am very thankful.
I wish I had read his reviews before making my appointment. Dr Chen is arrogant and rude. He didn’t look at me when speaking. I asked him about treatment and his answer was “ no cure for that , nothing can be done.”
