After 2 years of a mystery leg, foot, and mobility issue and being brushed off by many hospitals and specialists in Memphis…and lots of feeling defeated and unheard…I was finally referred to Dr. Kumar. I immediately felt comfortable with him and he was definitely attentive and concerned with what I had to say. I finally felt like a doctor was invested in figuring out what was wrong. We are still in the process of solving the mystery, as I have just started seeing him and have many tests ahead of me, but I can already tell yo... read more
Dr. Wright is very clinical and his approach is matter of fact. He does not perform neurological exams or assess the gait if the patient. He does not appear to care about his patients, and never asks about diet, exercise, or work. He is dismissive of issues that are brought up and is not empathetic.
Dr Autry Parker should be rated 10 Stars, five more past the maximum. I am a Veteran. I saw Dr Parker for Pain Management (back) Treatment @ the Memphis VA. I am 75 years old. I hadseveral nerve blocks administered by another Clinic in Memphis near Baptist East. The two I had were so painful, I swore I’d never get another. Subsequently afterwards I had my first back surgery. During my first consultation with Dr Parker years later(2022) he told me progressive treatment would require nerve blocks. He informed me that they shou... read more
If you are looking for a "doctor" who "specializes in neurology", and want someone who will laugh in your face when you share your medical concerns, this is the one for you! Bed side manner is non existent. Hardly made eye contact. Total disregard for the patients concerns. Suggested taking more meds instead of addressing the problem.
Terrible! My sister had an appointment for 2:30PM and had to wait 2 and a half hours to be seen...no apology or explanation for the delay. Since she had to depend on a friend to take her, it was incredibly inconvenient for her friend to have to stay that long. During the visit, Dr. Wright seemed distracted and uninterested in trying to figure out the cause of her back and leg problem. The visit was short with no guidance or helpful information.
I’ve gone through mri physical therapy tons of meds. It wasn’t until I was sent to the pain clinic where Dr parker. Explained in detail my ongoing problems with X-ray films up to explain why, and what the plan would entail, A series until I get some relief. I suffer from Severe back pain and unable to use my right leg 100% Pain all day every night. I had 2 pain blocks right side so far, some relief. Recently, the left side. We sang thur the procedure which took my mind away from the pain and pressure unavoidable. It’s wait a... read more
