Wonderful experience. We moved from out of state and Todd was extremely insightful and helped us land our dream home. He was very organized and took care of all the logistics, all we had to do was find something we loved while he took care of the rest. Turn what could have been potentially a bad situation into something good! . I was faced with selling my brother's condo which was in very sad condition and Todd Finley was recommended to me. He met with me and gave suggestions on what and how much I needed to clean up. He brought the photographer who took amazing pictures considering what he had to work with, listed the unit and had viewings immediately. Excellent Agent! Todd did a fantastic job helping us in our housing search, even though we were 2 states away. He was always quick to respond to our questions and would do remote visits for us so that we could explore potential options even when we couldn't be there. He was very helpful in the actual offer and negotiation process as well. I would definitely work with Todd again in the future for my real estate needs.
