If I could give these guys a 20, I would I have never been treated so professionally by such wonderful people from the ground floor up. I just got a video of my wedding band and 3.3 carat engagement ring and I live in Prescott Arizona. I had to pay no shipping no tax no insurance and because I was out of state. Todd Designed my wedding ring and band over 28 years ago! Recenty I wanted a watch that I was told would take 12-18 months to receive. I called Todd and he found the exact watch in literally 2 hours and I got it 3 days later! Can't say enough about his products and service!
Todd was excellent to work with through every step of the process. I had a custom ring that I wanted made for an engagement and they did everything from the mockups, 3D model, and taking it all the way to the finished product. Todd was great about communicating throughout the process, and was reassuring when there was potential design concerns. He also expressed that my satisfaction was of utmost importance, which stood to be true because the final product was amazing. My fiancé loved the end result!!!
