He performed my thoracic spine surgery after I suffered a vertebral fracture caused by cancer, and from the very beginning I felt like I was in excellent hands. Dr. Bonvallet was very thorough and professional. He related his experience with hip and knee surgery which I found very insightful. I would definitely recommend him for any spinal issues.
I had cervical spinal stenosis with myopathy. Dr. Bonvallet felt I would be an excellent candidate for a 3 disc replacement, instead of a cervical spine fusion, but told me it was nearly impossible to get three approved as 2 is FDA Approved. However, when my insurance company denied the procedure, Dr. Bonvallet appealed and somehow got my insurance to approve a three disc arthroplasty.
