This is my second surgery performed by Dr Todd Moen. I would not have had a second surgery if Dr Moen wasn't the very BEST!!!. He is a great surgeon and a great person. I am blessed to have Dr Moen repair and replace my shoulders.
Dr Moen was great. He takes the time to sit down with you and get to know you. He listens to you and provides options. Great experience and I highly recommend this excellent doctor!
