I live across the street from one of his construction builds. It’s a complete nightmare! Yesterday his crew cut through the major gas line in middle of the street causing us as neighbors not to have any gas and a major gas leak! This was after the crew was warned by neighbors that they were too close to the yellow flags indicating the gas line and they proceeded anyway. The main problem is they did not report that they cut the gas line after they did it! If they had done that at the time, a crew could have come out to fix it... read more
We are so pleased with our home, with Todd, and with the process. Todd is a great human, patient, willing to make any build a great experience. We built a custom home with Todd, 7 figure house and he was a rock star. When I build another home, Todd is my guy.
