Do not trust this person. He will swindle you and play aloof when asked about damages to the house. He'll just say he didn't know about it. I don't know who's giving him 5 stars but definitely seems to be family submitted. Just bought a 1.5 million dollar house only to find the floor was all damaged underneath the rugs. Strategically placed so they can cover up the divots and cracks in marble. Very unethical realtor. Stay away from him. You have been warned. He will say he's professional and commited to integrity. All lies.
