Todd has been great even after an incident, we had a death in the family and Todd's team was calling demanding payment now . My wife called to inquire about the issues and got into a heated conversation with Cheryl. Todd almost dropped us but I was able to smoth things over now when we call in Cheryl refuses to assit us, even after we were force to apologize. It has been 6 months of this now and I will be looking for a new agent as soon as this insurance contract ends .
