Dr. Greer and his entire staff are warm and friendly, as well as professional! Today was my third trip and I have three to go. It would be such a blessing to be able to have an early morning(6:30-7 a.m.) appointment, before traffic picks up in Gwinnett County. Do you have at least one location with early morning appointments?
If I could give less than a star I would have done it In my experience, I had an appointment scheduled for 9:15 am. However, I found myself waiting until 10:15 am. During this time, I approached the front lady to inquire about the delay. I noticed that individuals who had arrived after me were being accommodated, but I was not informed of any updates or given any attention. Miss Kelsey greeted me in a friendly and understanding way. Mr. Cory attention to detail as he performed the ultra sound is unremarkable. Dr. Greer explains in detail the procedure to address my concern. Extremely through physician who really listens. From the moment you walk in to your exit. Up until the last few weeks I would have given this office 5 stars. The office staff and doctors are amazing and the treatments I’ve received have been great. That was until they were bought out by USA Vein Clinics. It has turned into the biggest nightmare. If I could give zero stars I would. The office can no longer make appointments for their own office. They explain you need to call a specific number to make appointments. When you call that number, they cannot help you. They tell you they can only make initial appointment... read more
