No one enjoys getting a shot, however I don't mind because I know my knee will feel better. But just as important, is the fact that I am greeted pleasantly by everyone involved in the process. The nurse smiles a lot and is very personable. Todd is the PA who gives me the shots. He, too, is personable and even takes the time to give me exercises/stretches tips to help with my knee and even an issue with my arm. Thanks to the whole team in the orthopedic section!
