My only experience of TODCO is with the 6 Th on 7 Th Gallery that I thoroughly enjoy and feel grateful to be a part of its community. I’ve learned so much from attending opening shows there and visiting at other times: about photography (my own skills have improved), have tried new forms of art work there, like cyanotype (sp?) and have gotten to know a range of people there who have enhanced my life and sense of belonging as a San Franciscan. We appreciate that TODCO hosts community meetings, and as an organization is always committed to working collaboratively not just for SOMA, but for the benefit of vulnerable communities across San Francisco.
I attend the weekly online photography workshops offed by TODCO. Anxiety and depression sometimes keep me from other beneficial activities but not from the pleasure of all things photography. Thank you TODCO caring that access, for those of us who need it most, is available.
