It was a long shipment due to unforeseen circumstances and covid 19, but eventually it is done. Jack updated regularly and is a responsible seller.
Super easy and smooth purchases of my new Grand Seiko. Jack called me and talked about the watch before I bought it. When I paid it was shipped same day and arrived a few days later. It was just as described and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend!
Exact same thing happened to me as one of the reviewers below; ordered an SBGA211 and waited almost a year after multiple broken promises, finally received an empty box. Was told to tell the post office that I never received the empty box so that a claim could be filed, which is obviously fraudulent. Fraudulent practices. I purchased a Grand Seiko SBGA211 from this company in Apr-2019 with a stated shipping date of Jul-2019. It is common practice for gray market (non-authorized dealers) to sell watches not currently in inventory and then source them, so this did not worry me, especially with a BBB rating of A and reasonable online reviews.
