I would not recommend unless you are prepared to purchase glasses from them. The staff was quite pleasant and helpful. However, because my insurance doesn’t cover glasses, I needed an exam and prescription so that I could purchase less costly frames online. They do not measure your PD which is absolutely necessary for glasses, unless you purchase from them, otherwise, they charge an extra $20. Everything went smoothly friendly awesome staff and the doctor is amazing. She took her time with my son and explained everything he had wrong with his eyes even made sure he had the right frame to fit his face. Yes, I recommend Today’s Vision and Dr. Sanchez and his amazing staff. I recently purchased my 2nd pair of glasses from Dr. Sanchez. From the moment you undergo your vision test to visiting the doctor in his examination room I totally appreciated his in detail explanation of the eyes and possible treatment needs. Dr. Sanchez and his staff are beyond awesome when it comes to customer service which goes above and beyond. Thank you Doctor Sanchez for all you have done for me! Thank you for the care you have given me!
First I would totally recommend Dr. Dao, she was great!! Glasses - :( . The staff that helped choose the frames was very nice. When I picked them up yesterday, they fit different than when I picked them out, very stretched out. The lenses...progressive, which I’ve worn before. horrible. Things were distorted & blurry. When I told the person helping me I was told “I’d still like you to try them.” I told her it was bad enough I would not wear them. This made no difference. After almost an hour I left. My staff should have listened to you and should have verify again that everything was made correctly including the prescription and measurements instead of following the protocol of giving you time to adapt to the new prescription.
