Odd smell when u walk in but looked pretty clean, nice and friendly staff, fast process not much of a wait time. I am, however, very annoyed that when I called to make the appt I DOUBLE confirmed that my insurance was verified and was told my contact trial pair was going to be complimentary, but they charged me $60 AND i called to get additional details for the glasses RX to purchase cheaper frames elsewhere and i was told they didn't do the full measurements since I didn't purchase frames from them...
