The staff did a great job helping me find glasses. I can see clearly now!
I took my son in for his first visit. I was worried because he is on the autism spectrum, and can be a little tricky to work with sometimes. Everyone there was so great with him. Dr. Nguyen was extremely patient and friendly with him. He helped get his prescription. And we ordered his very first pair of glasses. Thank you to all the staff who helped my boy. Will be referring you guys!! My son can't wait to get his glasses. :) oh and the wait time was very minimal. We were in and out in under an hour.
Love the experience. Resourceful staff and great detail to break down of your prescription. Highly recommend!
Horrible service, son went in for new glasses and associate forgot to take the most important information.. HIS PRESCRIPTION... but made us feel like it was our fault because we didnt answer the phone fast enough when she realized HER mistake. Will NOT be coming back here again.
Dr. Rushed through the exam..and front desk act like they are of a higher class ..Not sure I am the right fit for that office.
Went for my son's very first ever eye check up yesterday (he'll be 5 August 5th) I very much enjoyed not only the ladies upfront at the desk but also Dr.Nguyen. He was very patient with my son and worked with him to figure out that he has farsightedness. Our wait wasn't very long, appointment at 11am and we were out of there by noon. We will definitely be back and recommend this office for anyone else looking for great service.
Everybody is really friendly and really Quick service in and out and they play Christian music amen 🙏🏽 God is good
Had a quality experience having my eyes examined here. Staff gladly answered all of my questions and looked up my health insurance. Professional and friendly customer service along with up to date technology. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they also tested for glaucoma and other underlying eye diseases. Left a happy camper with clear eyes and conscience.
I've always had great service and good experiences here!
