Very nice office. Lots of glasses to choose from. I did not have an exam there, but the person that help me was extremely knowledgeable about glasses and my insurance. They made my glasses that day. I recommend you go there.
Great Staff and Doctor. I arrived for my appointment and was taken back right away. The doctor and staff were courteous and knowledeable. I had an exam and left with contacts and glasses in less than an hour. Great place.
My experience at Today's Vision Gateway was excellent. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. I have an eye condition called keratoconus which prevents me from having clear vision with regular contacts and glasses. I have been to many doctors who could not clear my vision better than the big "E" on the eye chart. I had seen Dr. Chavana at a local laser center, and he suggested Synergeyes contacts. Best Eye Doctor Ever! – I went in recently to get my eyes examined after I had been turned away at 2 other offices. Marie at the desk greeted me as soon as I walked in, and when I asked her if I could get an appointment she said "Absolutely". The person who does the tests before you see the doctor was so friendly, and she explained each machine before she put me on them. Today's Vision--Best Experience Ever – Today's Vision has to be ranked as one of the best medical visits I have experienced. I filled out my paperwork online and when I arrived the staff started my exam immediately. The staff was very knowledgeable of my insurance benefits and very attentive to my needs. AWSOME – Service was great from the beginning. I received a text message appointment reminder. When I arrived, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I did not even know I had insurance, but when I arrived, they informed me they had done research to find my insurance--What a surprise--my exam and glasses were covered in full. Great Eyecare – Today's Vision is Great. I have wornbifocal glasses for years and have nver had good vision. Dr. Chavana and his staff ordered custom bifocal conatacts. His staff was very helpful in training me to use my new contacts. I can now see my computer, cell phone and television with no problems. Great staff and customer service.
Fast , Prompt and wonderful – I called on Saturday requesting an appointment for our family of three. I called Today?s Vision because a friend said they were very good and we needed to use our insurance by the end of the year. They stated that all the appointment we taken but would stay after closing to see our family. The staff and doctor were very kind to accommodate our needs. not recommended – I brought my 13 year old to try contact lenses. they left her in a room with no staff person to assist her. For 2 hours frustrated with no assistance. We then settled on glasses. To which they broke within a few days and when they came in, I said that they looked like they did not fit her well, we came back 2 times in a week to which they adjusted them as she got them for her bat mitzah.
