Went in today’s vision league city gulf Freeway spoke with the lady when I walked in the door told her I had insurance that would pay for frames. I was interested in glasses. She informed me I would have to find the policy and get what they would pay I asked can you look it up when you filed the claim she stayed at no was very rude, so I left my glasses from Walmart
I ordered reading glasses. The price was $718.40. I was told it would take two-three weeks for them to arrive for pickup. After talking w/my home healthcare provider & friends, they all agreed that the price was too steep...even with the various coatings etc. Everyone said they believed that they upsold me & took advantage of my senior citizen status.
