I was unable to see the doctor because the office was closed when I arrived. When I called to inform them later, the secretary was rude and aggressive over the phone.
I had a great experience at Today’s Vision.. Dr. Unal is very knowledgeable, I highly recommend her. I was able to book appointment very fast too.
While visiting from out of state I lost a contact. I called this office on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. I was greeted with kindness and helpfulness, after a few calls to different providers who all but laughed. This staff was so accommodating and they were able to help me out in a pinch. I could not recommend this office enough. Thank you!
I had an extremely disappointing experience! The store owner's arrogant attitude and lack of concern for patients' well-being were appalling. Despite my clear explanations of my vision issues, the prescription I received was inaccurate, only adding to my frustration. The owner seemed more interested in making a sale than genuinely helping me. Their dismissive demeanor and impatience made me feel disrespected and neglected. It's unacceptable for a healthcare professional to prioritize profits over people's health.
