First question, why have business hours if they close randomly. There have been multiple times where I have driven all the way to Tacoma to get clothes printed on and pull up with it closed. While at the same time having hours online saying that they are open. so unprofessional and ridiculous this isn’t the way to run a business.

On December 2nd I emailed a t-shirt order with a good amount of details. On December 9th I stopped in to the shop and met with Willy who said “Oh yeah, I remember that email...” He told me I would have the shirt by the 13th. On the 17th I was moving out of WA state and planning to give the t-shirt to my brother as a Christmas gift, but it still wasn’t ready.
