First time renting and glad I chose Today's Reality. Great friendly staff that treat you as part of the TR family.
They are totally unprofessional, so don't waste your time with them; they will never return your deposit.
Called about a rental property on their website and the first person that answered the phone was pleasant, but the second person was very short and rude. Before I could finish what I was saying she interrupted me with “We don’t have rental properties in West Monroe” and ended the call.
Yes, they were not the worst people. However, they lied to us about our deposit. We told them in advance we were moving, they showed the apartment (even without notifying us first), and we were told multiple times we would get it back. Frank told my wife and me we should get it back and because the apartment was clean we will get the deposit sent back faster. Just for us to wait over a month and be told we won't get it back. Called on a home for rent. Man turned the conversation into some type of interrogation asking what my motive for coming to the area was. Why was I leaving and moving, what were my intentions with the home, etc...while eating food, smacking in between words... Weird
