Our yard has taken 75 bales of Pinestraw for years. Price quoted was per bale. Crew showed up with rolled Pinestraw stating each roll is 3 bales. We debated & they said “I would see when they finished”. Well, 25 rolls was not near enough. While initially very polite, was then left to deal with a rude owner who basically said too bad. Lesson learned!

These folks were awesome! The price is right! Quick availability, very courteous and efficient crew that did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely. Many options for payment. Will definitely use them again.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not use this company, they will scam you out of many bales of pine straw. To reiterate what my husband stated: I ordered and paid for 200 bales of pine straw but only received about 153 bales worth. The driver initially told me each roll equaled 3 bales, which I later found is typically closer to 2.5 bales. I tracked the delivery and counted 32 rolls from the first truck. Buyer Beware – Shorted Order and Misleading Practices Read the reviews and watch the Fox 5 news clip before doing business with this company. Unfortunately, I didn’t do that until it was too late. I ordered and paid for 200 bales of pine straw, but only received the equivalent of about 153 bales. Here’s what happened: The first truck arrived with two workers. This company rounded up the amount of bales I needed and shorted me on the amount I paid for. Very dishonest and rude when I was speaking to owner and trying to resolve issues. I ordered 100bales and only recieved about 80 of what I had paid for. Did not like the way they handled the situation.
