Thank you Today’s Patio! We contacted Today’s Patio for help with a warranty claim over a defective canopy on a large umbrella we had purchased two years prior. Alex and Dillon came out to take a look at it, agreed it was defective, removed it for us, and shipped it to the manufacturer for repairs. When the repaired canopy did not meet Today’s Patio’s standards, they shipped it back and demanded a new canopy. Alex and Dillon installed our new canopy today, just in time for the August heat wave. On 8/4/2023 we purchased a table and 6 chairs from Steve Macias for out outdoor patio. Steve helped us decide on what type of table color palette for both table and chairs. He was patient, answering all our questions and concerns. We are enjoying the patio furniture since delivery on 9/20/2023. The Polywood line of furniture is wonderful and like that it has a lifetime warranty. We would recommend this brand of furniture and definitely Today's Patio store in San Diego Ca.
