The WORST Experiance EVER! – Probably one of the most extreme and worst customer service experiences I have experienced to date. From the moment the grill was purchased I knew I was in trouble. The grill got delivered by two young kids that literally rolled the assembled grill along my bumpy ground and grass; and then having trouble lifting the grill onto the deck (3 steps) they had banged the grill on each step causing a chip out of the woodwork.
