Dave was a pleasure to do business with. My husband called him late on a Sunday after our AC started acting up. We had an older model from the 70s or 80s that we just wanted replaced before it completely died. Dave's company was the only HVAC company to even pick up the phone and he came by just 30 minutes later to inspect it then was on site Monday morning with permits pulled and ready to completely replace the unit with a newer model despite a city-wide power outage. When I spoke the owner on the phone he seemed reasonable but once he got to the job site, it was totally a different experience. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.
I got home from work yesterday and had no heat. I called Mr. Dave Woody and he came out right away, we didn't wait long at all. He was polite, clean, professional and definitely knew his business. We were back up and running in record time. I would recommend him highly. Ty Dave, we will keep referring!
Each time I spoke with Dave on the phone he would talk me thru step by step or when he came to my house he was friendly professional and straight to the point sharing his knowledge helping to keep my bill minimum. Thanks Dave life saver
