Martin and Sera were my team and they were fantastic. Patient with me, very knowledgeable, and Martin really knows his stuff when it comes to the trickiness of dealing with condos and those pesty HOA's. I had so many mortgage managers try to convince me they could get a refinance done on my home and switching from FHA to VA, and they could not deliver. But once I gave Brian Brown and Martin Dolan a call I believed what I heard. They really knew the intricacies of getting a loan when my credit was on the cusp and setting up a long term plan to wipe out debt and then get cash needed within 5 months of closing.
