Frustratingly, this place shut down without any warning to patients. I had an appointment on the books. I showed up, and it was closed. No way to reach anyone to get records. Now I’ll be months behind on my routine care. Unfortunate that they closed, but extremely unprofessional handling.
Not what he used to be…. I used to drive from Romeo to continue my dental care. It is unfortunate that the quality that once was -is gone. I had a poorly delivered bridge done that you could throw a cat under - which should have been immediately returned and remade.Instead he permanently cemented in place. I looked when I got home and called to have it replaced- not a little, but incredibly obvious poor delivery. Dr. Williams has been my dentist for at least 20 years. My kids (who are now grown) also go to his office still. Dr. Williams is a kind soul and gentle when working and speaking. His staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. What I have always loved about Dr. Willams and his practice is he is always up-to-date on the lastest techniques and products, etc. He and his staff would attend yearly conferences for updates and comroderie with each other and the "dentist world". Dr. WILLIAMS BEEN WORKING IN MY MOUTH SINCE I WAS SMALL AROUND 6 OR 7 YEARS OLD! STILL GOING TO HIM AND MY FIANCÉ, MY 2 DAUGHTERS AND SON. THEY ARE ALL OVER 19 YEARS OLD. MY WHOLE FAMILY GOES TO HIM. I REFERRED OVER 20 PEOPLE TO HIM SO FOR ME I WILL BE WITH HIM TIL HE RETIRED!!!! I AM 46 MY OLDEST IS 22 HE BEEN WORKING FOREVER! The Staff is outstanding especially Martha and the lady over cleaning they been with me since I was small
