This company is the WORST! From trouble with their website to horrible customer service. No phone number to call to talk to anyone. My daughter ordered an end table for us from them for Christmas and all we wanted was to order a matching one. Three months later, no table and nothing but excuses. I cancelled and am DONE with these knuckleheads. I wish I didn't have to give them even one star.
The worst customer service ever. Ordered a closet rod the rod came with no hardware or instructions. Called the number and she says I'm not sure if it comes with hardware or not. Then she says yes it does I will send you new hardware they sent a whole new rod with out instructions or hardware. I called to tell them that I never ordered this and she asks for order number which I give her and she says that's not right all she keept saying is I can't help you. Some of the worst POC Chinese junk to ever be install in new homes! Replaced the fans with cheap Hunters and have not heard anything from the fans since. The construction of the design house fans is the worst I have ever seen in my three decades of construction, takes twice as much time to install them I would figure because it takes three times as long to take the junk out. Glad my builder is out of business through bankruptcy or I would toss this crap through the window of their office!
