I've been coming here for over 3 years now and never had an issue until today. I received a bill for services that normally would be covered. The claim was denied due to being over the number of times allowed during a 12 month period. They are in network and should be checking that when scheduling appointments. I was told by them that "technically it is YOUR responsibility to know if it is covered or not." REALLY??? I love going to Today’s Dentistry. The place is spotless! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The technician who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job. My regular dentist Dr. Joe wasn’t there but but Dr. Tina awesome! I was very pleased.
Dr. Adam is the BEST! He cares about his patients and checks in repeatedly to make sure you are ok. I used to HATE, DREAD, PANIC about going to the dentist, but since I’ve been going here (almost 10 years now), I look forward to my checkups and cleanings!
Been going to Today’s Dentistry since before they moved to the “new” building on Pioneer Rd (which isn’t so new anymore lol). Love the team here! Super friendly & all the hygienists are super gentle on your mouth & teeth. :)
She is very attentive and explains options without pressure to do one over the other.
