I've been coming here for over 3 years now and never had an issue until today. I received a bill for services that normally would be covered. The claim was denied due to being over the number of times allowed during a 12 month period. They are in network and should be checking that when scheduling appointments. I was told by them that "technically it is YOUR responsibility to know if it is covered or not." REALLY???
