If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was only seen for a consultation for a Root Canal which was fine, I cant remember the doctor’s name but he was nice (given I was seen for 5 mins total). Afterwards, trying to get in touch with the office is IMPOSSIBLE. They forward calls and the girl who finally gets in touch with you has a very nasty and dismissive attitude. I have yet to receive a call back for an appointment & I’m actually okay with that if thats the kind of treatment that’s given.
My husband went Here for a root canal, he left with discomfort, a hard pink thing sticking out of his tooth and a temporary filling. The endodontist was very rude, rough and not caring. He didn’t even have a person to help with the x-ray machine. I had to hold it and help position myself. He felt more like a butcher than a dentist. The equipment and office was dirty and old. There was no suction system you just had to spit in a cup. Poor response back for appointments no getting back to you. I had to go back due to the pain ... read more
If I could actually give this no stars I would. Forwarded my calls for over an hour, FINALLY someone answers doesn’t even give me a second to speak puts me on hold for 24 minutes then hangs up. I try calling back the RUDE receptionist pretended she couldn’t hear me. God awful customer service
I have a horrible experience after going there..If u love ururself don’t go there..there behaviour & treatment is so bad.. If you need something and you call them for it, they won't tell you anything about it, won't give you anything, and won't even pick up your phone..Also they will give u appointment whenever they want..My husband loose 2 teeth because they didn’t like him & give him the appointment..Also i did cap over there that doesn’t fit & i had a pai..they told me i have paon on my another tooth..& told me to take of... read more
