I went thru to get my car washed, and of course we pay monthly, just for basic car wash. So when I went thru like a normal day the arm wasn’t goin up. The attendant came to help he saw my sticker enter the numbers on the key pad then he said did you get new card or something. I said you know what I sure did and I totally forgot that I had a new card. He went ahead and gave me a free car wash, when he didn’t have to. Most places will not do those kinds of things for you. Super super disappointed in this car wash, it left scratches starting from the front of my driver fender behind the headlight to the end of my driver door, it’s almost as if it was washed with sandpaper. The employee also guiding me in the tunnel almost ran my truck off the rack because he would rather itch his face than point which way I need to go. I will not be returning to this car wash for awhile
