I have been a long time customer until today. I’ve asked every time that I go they not use the bug spray or hand brush on my vehicles. As I entered the car wash, he proceeded to spray the whole front end with the bug spray. Obviously they do not care about what they customers think or ask for.
RecommendedThank you very much for helping me find the keys I accidentally left on top of my car when I took my car to the car wash. The manager in charge took the time to find them, dry them the best way he could and call us to let us know they were there, all in a promptly manner. Thank you!
I have been charged for services not rendered due to PCS.. when I requested a reimbursement they refused to reimburse.. there was no history of car being washed for months and they charged me for six months.. when I requested to speak to the person in charge.. someone named Eric stated he was the boss and the highest person I could speak to! I AM MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.. buyer beware!
Went to the Killeen location today. I was super hesitant to have the inside detailed as my experiences previous to today have been underwhelming. I really had to think twice when the girl at the pay station informed me that pricing went up for all services. Ultimate car wash- car still has whatever on it that wipes off with finger pad (not the nail). One vacuum had so little suction that small leaves were not picking up. The adjacent vacuum crevice novel would not stay one. This location appears to be a Mr. Carwash in disguise. Forfeiting the free "vacuum" and returning to the heb car wash where my car is cleaned the first time.
A++++ Excellent service & great car wash w/ good quality (free) vacuums - BEST around!
