Does anyone have their car wash decal was suspended due to they did not receive September payment or the credit card transact declined? I pulled my car and the staff told me just that. Last time I washed my car was fee days ago and no one told me. I had my card issuer on the line and told them the merchant never submitted payment. The staff heard. Can you please have a member of eecutive management contact me? I called the Harker Heights location today at about 6:15PM and the manager on duty was the one i was speaking to. 1st and last time I will take any of my cars for full service. My car was still dirty after they finished with the "full service" They didn't hand dry it, had water spots on side mirrors, dirt still on windshield and on top of the roof. I think the only thing they did was vacuum it and gave my a little smelling thing it. Definitely not worth the money I paid for it.
