Appointment was easy to schedule with in the same day. The on line check in lets you skip the front desk and worked well. There was no wait in the waiting room. PA and nurse that I saw were great friendly knowledgeable and seemed to be enjoying the work.
No longer a walk-in clinic. I tried going in around 10:30am on a Tuesday. It was an empty waiting room. No one was waiting. I was told they were booked and the next available was at 5pm. So I came back for my 5pm appt then and the waiting room became packed with at least 7 others waiting for their appt. What was wrong with the walk-in process. Clearly there wasn’t a line in the morning but I get scheduled into a line. Not very convenient for a Convenient Care Clinic. Also, the NP did no tests, and yet ordered antibiotics. Sh... read more
