Very nice office. Lots of glasses to choose from. I did not have an exam there, but the person that help me was extremely knowledgeable about glasses and my insurance. They made my glasses that day. I recommend you go there.
I experienced the worse service I have ever received from an optical office at this establishment. First, they did not inform me, as to what doctor I would be seeing. When I arrived I was informed I was going to be seeing their new doctor. The new doctor gave me a ten minute eye exam, and then told me I would need to order my trial contacts with the front desk. Had Lasik. Perfect Vision. The staff and doctor at Today's Vision are well trained in Lasik. They eased my fears by explaining in detail the procedure and expectations. Doctor Chavana even called me the night of my surgery to make sure I was comfortable. I would not hesitate to do it again
Great place to get an eye exam. I walked in their front door and explained that I just tore my last contact this morming and I was on the way to work. The staff was very nice and was able to start my exam immediately--no wait! The doctor was very knowledgeable--he explained all my options based on my high prescription. They had my contacts in stock. Very happy today!
Great Staff and Doctor. Dr. Chavana and his staff made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone. I had an exam and left with contacts and glasses in less than an hour!
Took two weeks to get an appt. Walked in and was surrounded by unprofessional people. Received my glasses and they were way too strong! I call back and have to wait another two weeks just to get another appt to take my glasses in to double check prescription. Terrible!
They are the best! Even though the is a bit of a wait because they are always busy the staff is very nice and you don't feel the wait. They fully understand if you can't afford to buy contacts or glasses from them and don't make you feel bad about it (no pressure)
Dr Kelli is wonderful and extremely friendly. On the other hand her staff was not very helpful. I had recently gone for a contact fitting and they receptionist told me she would call me on Monday after contacting my insurance company and let me know when my contacts would be ready... Monday comes and no phone call so I waited till Tuesday evening and still nothing. Called them on Wednesday and was told yes my contacts were ordered. No mention if my insurance company gave them an issue or not...not told if it was covered. I g... read more
Their customer service was great! Would recommend it to anybody who is looking for Glasses !
