I gave them my Versace frame to put in my new lenses and that was the biggest mistake ever. I was charged extra to get thinner lenses cause I could not get the cheap polycarbonate that insurance covers yet they are thicker than the material insurance covers. When I arrived to pick up the glasses one of the lenses was coming out the front of the frame and when asked was this what they should look like she said no and proceeded to pick up something to punch the lense in place and therefore bending my frame. Dr Kelli is wonderful and extremely friendly. On the other hand her staff was not very helpful. I had recently gone for a contact fitting and they receptionist told me she would call me on Monday after contacting my insurance company and let me know when my contacts would be ready... Monday comes and no phone call so I waited till Tuesday evening and still nothing. Called them on Wednesday and was told yes my contacts were ordered. No mention if my insurance company gave them an issue or not...not told if it was covered. I g... read more
