Yesterday my mom and I got our feet and nails done. I had made this appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10 a.m. I said mine were for graduation and my moms were for Mother’s Day. We walked in at 9:45 and there were 3 staff and 10 customers. While we were on the massage chair waiting for over an hour the manager left to go get more staff. When they finally decided to show up, we were able to get French tips on both. The guy who did her feet made them look messy and the woman who did her nails had to redo both hands 3 times! Made an appointment two weeks ahead of time had to sit there for four hours, and the man left and went and got some more help where they came from. I don’t know, but brought more help and was totally dissatisfied and then he tried to charge me a double I don’t know what’s going on up there but they need to get it together And then an old lady slipped and didn’t even get her darn pedicure done yet. My goodness … plz get it together…
Several bad experiences. Only after the third bad experience I now leave this review. The older lady refused to fix my nail while doing my nails. The healthy nail was extremely thin in some parts and very bumpy in others. Literally broke 2 nails within hours of leaving the nail salon by simply washing dishes. I returned the next day to have them fixed. To be fixed with attitude. I understand people and businesses have bad days. But this is unexcusable. I decided to try them again today.
