I would never rent from this company again. My husband and I rented a a home in Lacey three years ago without doing a walk through, due to needing a house quickly because of a PCS. We arrived late on the weekend and the woman who met use stated any issues I found in upcoming days just let them know. The fence was broken along with a couple of minor issues. They sent someone to fix the fence ( only one of the three sides )and left all the old slats with rusty nails that I had to get get rid of. The garage door had no lock and... read more
