Disheartening.. The company as a whole is not the issue, the issue is Rick Stone . He took advantage of a recently widowed elderly woman who had never sold a home , didn’t walk or talk her through anything. Instead he ignored the asking price for what she wanted, ignored her requests and he even talked down to her.The whole experience was disgusting to watch. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone I know or love.

I recently had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with Susan Bennett Witte when she left a message on my home telephone trying to solicit a listing of my very recently deceased Fathers home that I happen to be co owner of. After having to be subjected to Susan telling me how she conducted a property search of my deceased fathers property holdings and mentioning his other real estate holdings in Florida. I just had a great experience purchasing my home with Kiley Chapasko. I was absolutely stunned by Kiley's trustworthiness, professionalism, patience, respect and knowledgeability.
