Kimberly and Robert created customized sessions for my specific needs in private and duel lessons. This is only program that has kept me motivated because I can feel my balance, mobility, and strength continue to improve. I’m thankful to have been under their care for 2+ years.
I started Pilates at age 77 and now I am 82. I never dreamed I'd be faithful to my lessons but I've found that my body and my brain are thriving from the stimulus and challenge of Pilates.
