Horrible experience! Told the man that the nail was crooked! & he refused to fix it! He claims to have 25 years of experience but was unable to see how crooked the nail was. He claimed it was perfect shape. I was still expected to pay full price for such a terrible job.

The employees don't take the time to do a nice manicure. They rush through it, missing the corners and tips of fingernails. They are more concerned with working on more expensive requests like gel manicures and pedicures.

Had a pedicure and it was the best! I just had foot surgery 2 months ago and still have a sore spot. Told the lady that did my pedicure and she was so gentle and tender. Everyone was so friendly.

I went to Today's nail just for a fill in,(pink and white) the nail place I usually go to was closed due to a water issue. I sat down just wanted a fill in, there were only 3 employee, not enough for the customers in the store. The employee's were jumping from customer to customer..never finishing anyone's nails. A female employee sat down and started working on mine....filing very rough. She was filing so hard the entire table shook, she cut out areas where the white was to be filled..I have never had a salon to do that bef... read more
