horrible company they let their buildings infested with roaches mice and homeless people and human faeces and will not provide a secure interest for the tenants well being and safety
Horrible company. Takes incredibly long to get any issue fixed, even the most basic like changing the batteries in a smoke alarm that is going off 24 hours a day. When you insist on an issue being addressed you are met with arguments instead of solutions. Incredibly unprofessional and by far the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with.
2.5 weeks to process an application
They only manage the professional building on St.Louis & Wyandotte yet they threaten to tow cars from they're lot, even if the lot is empty and businesses closed. Many veterans from the Legion across the street have used that lot for years and have always been respectful. Shame on these unprofessionals. Who are the owners of this property?
