I'm saddened to leave a review because I've never felt the need to do so before. I came in requesting a butterfly haircut with curtain bangs and showed two reference photos. I understand that haircuts won't always look exactly like the inspiration pictures, and I would have been completely happy if it had turned out even somewhat similar. Unfortunately, the final result was very different from what I asked for. My hair now looks choppy and uneven, and I don't feel comfortable wearing it down.
