This isn’t my normal dentist office, but I came in early Saturday morning due to needing a crown re-cemented when my dental office was closed. I had a dental emergency yesterday (holiday) and was seen first thing this morning. I also have severe dental anxiety. Each person I interacted with from the front desk, dental assistant, dentist, and check out was kind and compassionate. They didn’t judge my anxiety and instead remained calm and worked with me to get through the extraction that was needed. I couldn’t be more grateful for the positive and caring approach! Thank you so much!
I went with a focus on a filling that fell out while flossing and was greeted immediately which made me feel welcomed at the start. They listened to my concerns and gave me options for the repair. Very thorough in their evaluation and in the final repair process. I’m not a dental office person but will definitely recommend Today Dental for anyone with sudden issues or needing ongoing dental work. Very friendly and welcoming to make you feel at ease!
