It is 5 years later and this foolish place is still trying to collect $60.00 from me for an office visit that should have been paid by my insurance. I arrived at my appointment on NE 36th and they stated that the provider that I had an appointment to see was not in and sent me to the office on May avenue. They steal your credit card information don't send you a bill Then will randomly charge you the entire balance even if u were making payments had said you would make payments everytime you came in on your balance. They overdrew my bank account without even talking to me about the balance. Never give today clinic your information. Also brad peterson was a good doctor. Went to location on s I 35 and 44th sign on door says to go to ne 36th location or n may went to both locations all were CLOSED
This clinic is permanently closed. Yet their online scheduling will allow you to make an appointment. Thankfully I called to confirm before driving over to the clinic.
